CardHint does not process any payments directly. All credit card applications and transactions are handled by the respective card issuers. For refunds related to credit card charges, please contact your card issuer directly.
You may cancel your CardHint account at any time. However, please note that cancelling your account does not cancel any credit cards you have applied for through our platform. You must contact the card issuer directly to cancel your credit card.
While we aim to process all requests promptly, please allow up to 5-7 business days for any account-related changes to be reflected in our system. Credit card application cancellations are subject to the card issuer's processing time.
Once a credit card application is submitted through our platform, it is processed directly by the card issuer. We cannot cancel or modify applications after submission. Please contact the card issuer for any changes or cancellations.
If you have subscribed to any premium services on CardHint, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for premium services will be processed according to our subscription terms and conditions.
